Finesse Interiors do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
This guarantee does not include made to measure curtain poles, and blinds.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received the goods and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card)
Returned items should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier.

If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will strive to offer a competitive carrier cost for this
Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items.
We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.
We will then give you the address to return the items to.
